These Terms of Service govern your use of Saturn VPN and its related digital services. By purchasing or using Saturn VPN, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Saturn VPN provides a digital VPN service designed to provide secure and private internet connectivity through available Saturn VPN servers.
Premium access provides an ad-free experience and access to the premium Saturn VPN service through the supported Saturn VPN application.
2. Premium Subscription
Premium Saturn VPN is offered at a price of $3 per month, unless another price is clearly displayed at the time of purchase.
The subscription provides digital access to the premium Saturn VPN service for the applicable subscription period.
3. Payment and Digital Delivery
Saturn VPN is a fully digital service. No physical products are shipped.
After successful payment, the customer receives instructions or account access required to use the premium Saturn VPN service. Delivery and activation are provided electronically.

4. Refund Policy
If you have paid for Saturn VPN Premium and are unable to receive or activate the service because of a technical problem on our side, please contact us at support@sarturn101.com so that we can investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Refund requests are reviewed individually. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the available payment method and subject to the applicable payment provider's processing rules.
5. Cancellation
You may stop using the Saturn VPN service at any time. If you have an active paid subscription and need assistance with cancellation, contact our support team.
Cancellation does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund for a subscription period that has already been used.
6. Acceptable Use
Saturn VPN must be used lawfully and responsibly. You must not use the service to engage in activities that violate applicable laws, infringe the rights of others, distribute malicious software, or interfere with the operation of networks or services.
7. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable VPN connectivity, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Server availability, connection quality, latency, and performance may vary depending on network conditions, location, infrastructure, maintenance, and other factors.
We may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
8. Account and Access Security
Customers are responsible for keeping their account credentials and access information secure. You should notify Saturn VPN promptly if you believe your account or access credentials have been compromised.
9. Limitation of Liability
Saturn VPN is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
